Good Room with good food. Recommended
Rooms are very good. Staff behavior is also good. Restaurant food is nice as well. On the top floor you have a restro pub NYSA with dance floor, which is great. Highly recommend.

Good Stay
No sound sleep till early hours of the morning because of the loud Bar / Lounge DJ Music . There should be sound proof in the top floor Otherwise stay was good .

Good hote
Just an overnight stay for a family wedding, and the location was very suitable as it is near the wedding venue. Great rooms, clean and well maintained. Only one drawback is that they only give 1 room key card even for double occupancy.

Nice hotel to attend weddings in nearby venues
familyThe property is located in a remote part of the city. This worked out for me since i stayed there for two nights in order to be close to a nearby wedding venue. The best part of my stay was that i was upgraded to a spacious suite! the room was very comfortable but could have been a little tidier since there were some dusty spots. My only complaint is that we asked for drinking water on one night and only received a few bottles of water the next morning after asking half a dozen times. This service was not acceptable. The rest of the stay was pleasant.

businessGood thing is it's away from hustle bustle of the city. So less sound polution. But access roads were narrow in some places. Descently maintained swimming pool. Tv was not working. Needed to call maintenance people repeatedly. Then they came and recharged the set-top box account! this could have been done before guest's arrival! no bathrobes provision even on request. Some staff were li'l harsh and not that polite for our requests. Breakfast spread and the taste was not as expected based on ratings we see. Even the chutney was stale. Fortunately these are correctable things if manager of the property is good. Food section requires quality control and monitoring. Room was ok but no good view through the window. Well kept property. Reasonable basement parking. I went to this hotel as it's nearer to my place of business work after seeing ratings. Overall, an okayish experience. Hope & wish that they improve in food, room amenities and courtesy areas in my next visits.

Poor response & service
Very poor service - we kept calling & nobody picked up calls for cutlery & crockery. I would definitely not go again.
