I am completely disappointed. The room was dirty, Cockroaches were roaming around in the room. Please don't keep this kind of stay

Room was not clean bed was shabbi, wash room was terrible to use. Service was in attended. Breakfast was not in a eatable condition after paying for breakfast had to go out for breakfast.

The hotel does not have TV in the room .. none of the rooms is having TV . As soon as we entered bunch of cockroaches welcomed .. am seeing it’s like a brothal lodge .. only Oyo couples every minute some or other will be getting inside room and checking out .. that’s the reason hotel management is not bothered .. and when u raised my concern with make my trip they have offered me 20% refund .. i dint had any choice just to continue with my booking .. horrible hotel and horrible make my trip .. i think it’s time to find other service provider .. make my trip and the hotel both sucks . Plz don’t book this hotel .. specially if u r a family or a kind of person who feels some dignity ..

Worst service ever. If you’re planning to stay with family, forget it – they’ll dump you in some staff-type room that’s completely unhygienic. Zero maintenance, filthy condition. I couldn’t even tolerate it for a night – had to check out in just 2-3 hours even though it was non-refundable. And the funniest part? When I was leaving, the receptionist casually says, “You should have asked for another room.” Like seriously? No common sense at all, can’t even figure out when someone is with family. Don't go on pics, reality is completely worse. And if someone how you get there and feel bad experience take pictures. So that you can put pics in reviews.
