Family Nightmare: Deceptive Hotel, Zero Amenities
Our recent family trip was utterly ruined by an appalling hotel experience. The online pictures were grossly misleading; what we found upon arrival was drastically different and far worse. Our stay was plagued by a severe infestation of light flies and mosquitoes, creating an incredibly uncomfortable and unhygienic environment. Basic necessities were nonexistent: no drinking water, no soap, and not a single towel were provided, leaving us completely without provisions. To add to the chaos, our family was split into two separate rooms in different buildings, and our top-floor room lacked a loft and, crucially, an air conditioner. My child and our entire family endured significant discomfort and problems. This was, without a doubt, a disaster marked by a complete lack of basic facilities and entirely false information at every turn. I urge the MMT team to investigate this matter seriously, as I trusted your platform, and no resolution was offered on the spot
