Nice feel inside the room

Rooms are clean n tidy. Has a fridge, water heater, AC and necessary things. Staff are courteous.
Rooms are neat and tidy. We had water issue but resolved soon. Rooms are near beach. And view is good.

Hotel location and rooms are good but the reception and services are poor. Breakfast was included in the package but they offered only omelet and tea. There was a problem with hot water which was not resolved even after 3 days. Tv facility was provided only on third day. Overall average.

Dear Ramesh, We value your feedback. Glad to know that you like the hotel location and rooms. Just to keep you posted we do not serve full fledged buffet breakfast but we do serve basic one. As per the update from our manager you had booked a standard room which had no technical issues of the hot water as well as the cable TV but somehow you found our standard room little small and we upgraded you to a room complimentary. Technical issue for hot water and TV was also a surprise to us as same one night prior guest had already stayed int that room. We apologize for last moment issue in the room. To which we also offered you to move back to your Standard room which you denied. My staff had provided hot water in the bucket and delivered to your room also and TV recharge was done by evening. We always try to give our best to all our guests so they leave with good memories. Look forward to your visit again wherein you would not experience such issues.

Good Stay

No food option at stay. You get only bread butter jam and Maggie daily. Non veg gets omelette extra and cornflakes if you want. But there is a restaurant and bar opposite to the stay called Boris with friendly staff, fresh and good taste with reasonable prices.
I've booked small room and it exactly matched the specification as it was small than expected but comfortable for 2 people. Room was maintained well and as you go Goa for sightseeing and spend less time in room should be good for couple. My room was just beside kitchen and dining room. Breakfast had limited options, being a veg I ate Maggie, bread butter jam for 4 days as there is no change in menu. For non veg you get omelette and bread with cornflakes if required. I must admit that the room was just opposite to beach and had good view point from dining room. If you opt for deluxe or sea facing room you get good view from balcony. There is a restaurant cum bar opposite to our stay called boris which was fantastic with good staff and great food taste with reasonable prices. So you always get nice food at walk-able distance. Guys goamiles a pp for cab does not work much near your location but you can get cab service back to airport or local package near this place called om sai taxi service and you can call phone number for service. You can also rent a two wheeler at walk-able distance and you get nice options to chose your vehicle. I took each day one vehicle. Overall great place to stay but be sure to checkout in time as they did not allow for extension of time post 12 pm to me in spite of checking in after 2 pm.

Firstly just to keep you posted we are a room oriented hotel and do not serve much food and beverages. We just serve basic breakfast items and main course. But we do have very good eateries near By to our hotel where you can experience different cuisines daily and at affordable price. We do keep bike and car hire contacts readily available at reception for our guests so they do not have to hunt outside for same. We are happy to know that you got The bike of your choice and was able to explore Goa at your best. Look forward to your visit again and request you to experience our ocean view rooms for better feel next time.
