Review Of Ginger Goa, Dona Paula

Waste of Money! Being a reputed chain of GINGER this hotel is not up to the mark. The breakfast is pathetic, nothing was fresh and the taste was either bland or too salty. I think the only good thing was bread and butter (and that’s also coz it all packaged). We checked in late in the night around 10:25pm and upon asking till what time we can place an order for dinner they told us 10:30 which was only 5 mins. We got our key sorted at 10:31 and when we wanted to order they said sir it’s 10:31 kitchen is closed. I mean this was heights of disrespect then we had to order from outside. Then this place doesn’t have an elevator. I mean poor bellboy have to drag the luggage on two flight of stairs. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Rude behaviour and very poor hospitality, also food quality was below average, even cutlery was very dirty.

The staffs are polite

Caveats: 1. Hotel does not have a lift. 2. Delayed delivery of luggage at check-in! 3. Food is very average. The restaurant does not give many options at breakfast. Horrible omelette! 4. Car or cab service arranged from hotel desk is exorbitant. 5. View from room is average. 6. Housekeeping services are fair.

Good property near one of sight seeing place dona Paula in walkable distance, chandan on front desk was especially very helpful for client requirements. Recommended for business trips no frill hotel.

The room is perfect without any problems. Washroom, balcony and room, everything is very good except the food. The food could be very much much much more better. Best room but worst food. Please do something about the food. Room cleaning service by Nimmi and Krishna was excellent.

We found this hotel by on line search on chrome and finally decide to stay Very nice experience Food and ambience is awesome 👍👍

Average 50 percent good 50 percent not good We had breakfast inclusive in the package which is not worth at all hardly 3 dish in break fast with tea and Cofee and juice for vegetarian it’s very limited rooms are clean

the stay was pretty good ...very clean rooms ...Aknur has been very supportive at reception ...overall the stay was v pleasant

Rooms are nice, big, clean. Staff is efficient and friendly, but sadly food is outright bad. Buffet breakfast is the worst of all.

Room is well lit facing towards road, very neat and clean. Lots of space to accommodate my luggage. I just loved the location, Dona Paula which is very peaceful and beautifully located. I took breakfast which is quite simple but healthy items. The space looks very beautiful.overall I liked it, had a good time 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Had a good stay in Ginger Dona Paula, Goa on 5th July night. The behaviour of the staff was extremely good ( All were good. Rahul, Jha, Shiva deserve special mention). Elevators need to be added.
