Had a very pleasant experience in this stay. located in a gated community, gives a very homely vibe. We liked how the place is kept in its colonial charm.

Firstly, the property is falsely advertised on make my trip. It has no pool attached, room is quite small as described, no caretaker available. They all point to one another for this. Mm t to roam-home and vice versa. And on top of it. They have listed the property as no-refund and cancellation. I don't understand whose scam is this. Mm t or roam home. On top of this. At the time of my stay there was water issue also.

Very picturesque location. Quiet and peaceful. The quaint villa gives a true feeling of old goa charm with its antique interiors. Highly recommended.

The property’s location is the best- nearby pool and the beach. It was well maintained too.

Lovely accommodations in breathtaking property with just 2 mins walk to one of the beat beaches in south goa. Everything thing was just 2-5 mins walk distance and the host was also very cordial.
