Urja resort Casablanca

After booking the room, the hotel staff left me like this, with so much luggage in it, After that the towels were so dirty, there was a smell in the bed, and there was no arrangement for drinking water, I asked them several times to send water but there was no response,

Well maintained room , clean washroom , decent pool , The rooms have a refrigerator ,AC, and free wifi , it was overall a good stay ✌️

Air conditioner not working properly bathroom flash, also not working properly Commode is very dirty. The washrooms dirty & unhygienic.

Terrible, guys do not fall for the photos, the place is literally terrible the bathroom was yuck for the following reasons: the jet spray was continuously leaking the flush was not functioning properly sometimes had to fill the bucket and then flush it the water for bathing was muddy same with wash basin we had to use bisleri for brushing our teeths and i didn't bathe for 3 days. There was no reception nothing just a random guy came and gave the key and we never saw him again. No number to connect on asked help from the number but no response on that number the curtains had "cum" stains on them. So if you are interested in staying in such a place please do visit them. I wish there was a option for 0 star.

On arrival at 10pmdue to train delays, arriving at the hotel with my guest we had to s pk to security to get him to call the manager after a conversation the guards gave us a key to the room. The day before i had visited to confirm the booking and that my guest would be staying 3 days and will be late but this fell on deaf ears as end of season and cheap room prices so not great service. Room ok, fridge needed a clean and ac needed a clean but otherwise fine fir 3 star discounted.

It was very bad experience for me. Whole night there was no electricity also they don’t have any power backup. Me and my children couldn’t sleep whole night. We got room in next building where there is no reception counter also no intercom is there. The bathroom is also very dirty and also dirty linen. That was very bad experience in goa. I pay rs 2912- for this dirty room. Also they are showing ac in the room but they have to power backup. This was horror experience.

Toilet not clean wifi not working tv recharge expired bed not clean poor quality bed and very noise

No toiletries were provided, no water bottle, no tea kettle, the water was dirty, overall unhygienic place, curtains were torn, door didn’t had proper lock, microwave was not functioning, pillows were worn out.

Rooms were good, clean, well maintained, ac was working, but tv was not reachrged. Staff was good and helping to go here for swimming pool. That was under construction. Area was pretty decent.

There is a swimming pool, but it is empty no water.

Cleanness needed. Spacet is good but some improvement needed.

Over all felt like a shady hotel. Bed sheets were bad. Blanket was bad

The building is not so new but well according to the area where u stay it is ok ish but according to different city and how the hotel r there then this place would be average

Value for money and spacious. But hot water wasn't available

Stayed at Urja Resort Casablanca Vagator, was there for 3 nights the room was very spacious than we expected and the cleanliness was maintained, the room service for food is not available but there are good restaurants nearby and staffs are very helpful and friendly overall had an amazing time.

Very bad facilities! No housekeeping! No staff to help! Ac wasn't working! Tv remote was also damaged! Low wifi network!

Great hotel like home extremely recommend
