I had an extremely horrible experience during my stay at Woodpecker, booked . The property was in terrible condition, with poorly maintained structures and a damaged gate that even had a hole. This made us feel highly unsafe, and we had to insert a tissue to cover it. Unfortunately, we couldn’t take pictures for proof, but the condition was completely unacceptable.
Misleading Photos & Poor Room Conditions
The actual property did not match the pictures shown . The rooms were far from what was advertised, making us feel deceived. On top of that, the geyser was not working, and my wife fell sick due to the lack of hot water. Despite needing it urgently, no action was taken by the management.
Terrible Food & Breakfast Service
The breakfast experience was equally disastrous. The food options were very limited, and when we asked for more aloo parathas, they were not provided. There was only one type of juice available, and when we requested an alternative, the staff ignored our request.
The tea was served cold, and when we asked them to reheat or replace it with a hot one, they did not bother responding. Several food items were not up to the mark, served cold, and there was no proper management at the breakfast station. The staff seemed completely unconcerned about the guests.
Extremely Poor Management & Sanitation
The overall hygiene was disappointing, and the management was highly unresponsive. It was clear that guest comfort and satisfaction were not a priority at this property.
Final Verdict: Avoid at All Costs!
This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. The lack of security, poor facilities, unhelpful staff, and terrible food quality made it an absolute disaster. I strongly urge MMT to take action against such properties, either ensuring proper standards are met or removing them from the platform.
I would never recommend this stay to anyone! Extremely disappointing
