The resort has a very good ambience – peaceful, clean and well-maintained. The location is also nice and easily accessible. Rooms and surroundings are kept neat, which makes the stay comfortable. However, the food taste could be improved for Indian visitors. It seems more focused on foreign guests, so Indian flavour and variety felt missing. If they consider adding more Indian-style dishes, the experience would be even better. Overall, a pleasant stay and worth visiting!

This property is poorly maintained, I booked for 3 nights in wooden cabinet, upon checked-in at 6pm I visited beach and returned to room at around 10:30 PM. Though the Ac was continously on, there was no air throw or cooling at all. The ceiling fan was only running at high speed or no speed but there was no cooling at all. The rooms were suffocating. After complaints and trials by in experienced staff and checking for 2 rooms I was moved to a smaller of lower class at 11PM. Somehow I managed to sleep but it was again same situation in a day..Housekeeping of room was not done no water bottle were provided. I complained to MakeMyTrip and they tried to resolve but it was found that the other 2 rooms also have inefficient AC. Finally I decided to checkout and went to another hotel. The food is very costly and the breakfast is not worth. The kitchen staff told that cook has left the job so we can only serve Dal and Chapati. Overall this is poor experience at hotel and I am still awaiting resolution and refund from MakeMyTrip

I had an extremely horrible experience during my stay at Woodpecker, booked . The property was in terrible condition, with poorly maintained structures and a damaged gate that even had a hole. This made us feel highly unsafe, and we had to insert a tissue to cover it. Unfortunately, we couldn’t take pictures for proof, but the condition was completely unacceptable. Misleading Photos & Poor Room Conditions The actual property did not match the pictures shown . The rooms were far from what was advertised, making us feel deceived. On top of that, the geyser was not working, and my wife fell sick due to the lack of hot water. Despite needing it urgently, no action was taken by the management. Terrible Food & Breakfast Service The breakfast experience was equally disastrous. The food options were very limited, and when we asked for more aloo parathas, they were not provided. There was only one type of juice available, and when we requested an alternative, the staff ignored our request. The tea was served cold, and when we asked them to reheat or replace it with a hot one, they did not bother responding. Several food items were not up to the mark, served cold, and there was no proper management at the breakfast station. The staff seemed completely unconcerned about the guests. Extremely Poor Management & Sanitation The overall hygiene was disappointing, and the management was highly unresponsive. It was clear that guest comfort and satisfaction were not a priority at this property. Final Verdict: Avoid at All Costs! This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. The lack of security, poor facilities, unhelpful staff, and terrible food quality made it an absolute disaster. I strongly urge MMT to take action against such properties, either ensuring proper standards are met or removing them from the platform. I would never recommend this stay to anyone! Extremely disappointing

It was a great stay. The host was great. Location is just to die for. It’s right at the beach, don’t do anything just sit there and have a few drinks or coffee and you will feel that the day just went past you. Food was amazing too albeit service could be bit better. All in all a great stay.

I recently stayed at Woodpegger by the beach and it was an absolute delight. The property offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The rooms are cozy, clean and well maintained. The staff were highly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The proximity of the beach is a huge bonus, right from the soothing sound of the waves to stunning sunsets. Restaurant serves delicious food with a good mix of Goan flavours and international cuisine. Everything we tried was fresh and flavourful. This is perfect for anyone looking for peaceful, beachside gateway in Goa. It’s also pet friendly. Will visit soon!

Best place to stay in north goa!

A surprise find but we are glad we found this place. The stay was comfortable, the beach well you are right on it and added advantage is the beach is almost secluded with a very limited gentry, and yes you can wear a bikini. The most important part are the staff, they really take care of you starting from the guy at valet! and then if you have been looking for a pet friendly place we had a lovely stay with our golden retriever who not only enjoyed her swims in the ocean but ruled the restaurant and the hotel like she owned it along with the in-house sweetheart layla (a bull dog mix) a affectionate little angel.

Worst parking and car unsafe

Hi i stayed here on 13dec and after checking out i found that someone has scratched my car in their valet area. Shockingly they refused to admit the same started blame game. Rooms are just ok and food was good. But parking is huge problem. We know it was done by their local neighbors, but under their watch.
