Review Of AIRPORT INN RESIDENCY

I am very dissatisfied with my experience in this dormitory. Cleanliness: The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are not maintained properly. Dust, insects, and unpleasant odors are common.Facilities: Many basic amenities such as Wi-Fi, Fan, and AC often do not work reliably. The furniture is old and uncomfortable.Hygiene & Safety: Washrooms are unhygienic and poorly cleaned. There are also safety concerns, as the dormitory premises are not well-secured. Management: Complaints are either ignored or addressed very slowly, making it frustrating

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. It had bedbugs. It was very noisy till 2 am. Bathrooms were bad. Staff was not ready to listen. There was dirt at the main entrance of Hentel. From today I will never book . Thank you

The rooms had no privacy everything was heard from reception to other rooms. The dormitory also had bed bugs.

It's a very bad hotel, very dirty, the hotel staff were un-coparativ. This is not a hotel this is kholee. I will suggest it's certainly not suitable for families. And not even suitable for a single stay. Very terrible hotel i ever stay.

It's nowhere like what is shown in pictures, think 1000 times before booking as this place is stinky and there is no refund policy. I couldn't even stay for 5 mins and checked out and there was no refund obviously. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Overall very bad experience, several time contact with you but still have not any resolution from your wnd.

Terrible hotel. They charge extra amount for single rooms around 3500 because already we had book the hotel via makemytrip but once we reached their they showed us to different rooms

Staff was not polite, linen not clean, food was ok. Will not recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and friendly staffs. It was very comfortable stay and well behaved staffs clean room and couple friendly hotel.

Nice friendly front desk staff. Just be warned there is a charge for bottled water from the front desk and you need to be able to sleep through a tornado because all room doors are within 5 meters of reception and that's a hive of activity 24/7 with door banging, loud tv, cellphone usage. Ongoing cellphone alarms or rings that can go on for half an hour because the recipient has fallen asleep on the desk. I'm used to quiet situations so had my sleep over 4 nights probably broken 50 times.
