Good Stay
The hotel is good, especially the ambience and the staff. The buffet (breakfast and dinner) is average, but the à la carte menu is quite good. However, reaching the hotel can be challenging — the last 1.6 km stretch involves off-roading, as there’s no proper road.

Average Stay
The connecting road to Resort is too much pathetic.even no one has seen in their entire life.1 kilometre total patch is from connecting road.i think in whole Ramnagar this would be worst one.i suggest every one no to visit there.even in night very terrible view.pls no suggest anyone to go there

Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended
* Terrible Road Condition: Getting to the resort was a major challenge due to very bad roads. * Limited Food Options: The food choices were extremely limited, many items from menus were not available. * Frequent Electricity Issues: We experienced numerous power outages throughout our stay. * Poorly Maintained Play Area: The play area was in bad shape. Table tennis racket were broken, no maintenance. * Overpriced & Poor Value: We felt the resort was not worth the cost, and even water bottles were sold above MRP.

Not so good but above average type
It seems an old construction which needs repair and maintenance job however, food was good and staff members were well behaved/professional. If get a good deal then it can be considered to stay. Adjoining, there is an adventure club where lot of activities can be enjoyed i.e. paramotor, ATV rides, etc.

Good experience but not as was expected...
Property isolated at good location but approach road is pathetic and once there is heavy rain, you will be stuck at hotel only specially once you are traveling with your own vehicle... Food was good but very less variety... Receptionist was rude and even she wasn't bothered to check in the guests.... Services were also good but property looks too old and washroom was stinking due to sewage problem... few years back I stayed on this property with my family and it was superb but now condition is so so...

I felt cheated ,make my trip is charging extra for a room with same facilities. there is a difference in prices

Located in Dhela, surrounded by farms and jungle, lush green surrounding. Very well maintained property. Awesome experience and very comfortable stay.

Relaxing Stay Surrounded by Serenity
Had a wonderful and peaceful stay surrounded by nature. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a perfect break from the city. The staff was warm, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with lovely views. The food was tasty with a decent variety. Really enjoyed the overall vibe—especially the calm mornings and cozy evenings. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to relax and unwind in Jim Corbett. Would love to visit again!
