I am writing to formally raise my concerns regarding my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations and certainly not aligned with the standards of a 4-star establishment, as your property is classified.
The issues I encountered included:
1. Cleanliness Concerns: Rooms, washrooms, and common areas were not maintained properly. Basic hygiene standards were missing, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable.
2. Poor Upkeep of Property: The infrastructure appeared old and neglected. Fixtures, furnishings, and overall interiors were worn out, giving the property a dilapidated look.
3. Star Rating : Given the above conditions, the property does not deserve to be tagged as a 4-star. At best, it aligns with the standards of a 2-star property.
As a guest, I expected comfort, hygiene, and service quality consistent with a 4-star hotel, but the reality was disappointing.
It is important that future guests do not face a similar experience.
