Review Of Sunday Alaya Resort Corbett

The resort is very nice in terms of hospitality and all the amenities. The reason I am giving 1 star is all because of the location. There is no proper road that leads to the resort. I travelled from Bangalore to Corbett and we didn’t have our personal car and hence had to face lots of difficulties in getting out from resort.I would never go back to such place again. If resort is at such remote location they should atleast provide some service to drop the guest to the main road for free. I ended up paying so much for the cab arranged by resort. For 8 km that guy was charging 900 Rs which was very unfair but we didn’t have any other option.

Property is located at far remote area can only be accessible by SUVs. Food is good, but sooo expensive, a tea costs 155 exclusive of GST. As property is secluded it mainly filled with bachelors or men, a family person might fill insecure here

check in was smooth. food was good. nature walk by a local, Gopal Pandey was amazing. he provided lot of information about flora and fauna in the forest and nearby villages. the property is vast with major green cover and lot of peace and serenity. wifi gave me trouble on and off, but it was all good overall.. the staff were also humble and helpful.

I had a 2 day and 3 night stay here with my family, we had booked 4 room and had a very wonderful stay, staalff was polite and professional, the room were so spacious and garden view were amazing. we had a little difficulty in earlier room but the staff has changed that immediately. although, the bathrooms are needed some extra cleaning and a changeover in lighting as well

hotel was good furniture so old or dirty rooms are not clean too much wooms or lizard room service very slow house keeping not receiving phone only food was good.

Very good, stay, enjoy a lot here must recommend for all. Swimming pool is Nice food is Good, Price is slightly on the Upper End
