At the time of booking, I had clearly entered guest details as 2 adults and 1 child aged 8 years. However, the booking voucher issued by MakeMyTrip incorrectly mentioned the child’s age as 5 years. I assumed this was a system default and did not raise an objection. Upon check-in, the hotel staff objected to this and compelled me to pay an extra 25% of the room tariff, despite my clarification that no extra bed was required. Since I had already prepaid through MakeMyTrip, I was left with no option but to pay the additional amount to avoid denial of check-in.

Everything was ok except the room. The room was not look like a 4 star hotel room. Room doors were in very bad condition, locks were not working. Bathtub was not there. Shower handle was not working fine. Overall the room was not good and the room facilities were not good. I haven’t taken any pictures
