Okay, experience with that pricetag, I expected a little more level of professionalism. The accommodation was smelling like anything throughout. It took us maybe half day of our own hard work to get rid of that smell from the room. However, the pungent sickening smell in the bathroom was a constant till the time we checked out also. With this price tag it was a disappointment. It was a good looking, but just a good looking accommodation and that's all what I'd like to say. Also, a water bottle with MRP 20 was charge at 40 -which is understandable visiting a certain level of luxury places, however, another addition of 18% GST over that 40?? Either keep own rate or apply GST...

No Hot water, Repeated Electricity tripping, No Lift for 3rd Floor, No Hot Milk early morning, No Hot Water in Bathroom, No Towels in Bathroom, Door Locks were broken, Rooms were made available for Check-in at 3 p.m., No Electric Kettle in the room, Dirty rooms, Dirty Bedsheets, No Water in Flush, Maggi, sugar added Sambhar and stale Idly in Breakfast, Parking was not available, parked outside in the open, Swings were Broken, Slides were rusty, Could not arrange Morning Safari. Overall, a Terrible Terrible Experience...

Ambience is really good, food is also very good, staff behaviour is very nice. Overall i would say this is one of the best resort in this particular area

The location, the property of the resort is amazing. Buffet spread for the breakfast, lunch, dinner had so many options with a great taste. One should surely visit this property.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of resort. Everything about the resot was exceptional.

1-badminton racket and shuttle cock are not in good conditions 2-swimming poll timing problem 3-extra chlorine addided in pool 4-cafetaria is not served the food on damend basis like uttapam 5-tabel tanis is not working 6-table pool game is not allowed for 10 yr old

The hotel staff upgraded my room from jacuzzi tiger villa to presidential suit which i liked the most. I asked for some birthday decoration in room and it turns out to be on of the best decor i have ever seen in my life. The hotel staff was very supportive and always listened to my every request. Special mention to priya ma'am from delhi reservation team for a very smooth process.

The hotel was good. It is on the good location. The room are spacious. Food is gud. The only think we face the parking problem where they have put a board that parking at your own risk. If you are running a hotel it is hotel responsibility to take care of vehicles. If anything happens they are not taking any responsibility. So they have to remove such board so that customer are not tensed to park their vehicles.

It was a good stay, but that is not so much luxurious as mentioned. The main issue was with the insects, the cleanliness was not so proper according the price

resort is at good location, well connected and in middle of nainital and jim corbett park. rooms are spacious and good. staff is very nice. i stayed here for 3 nights. also to mention, food quality is great 👍. so alll in all. nice experience.

The property and hospitality was amazing, the rooms were clean and the food was very delicious. One can also opt for safari at the reception. Also, the tiger den rooms are a must try, spacious with jacuzzi

Pro - - spacious room - joint balcony between 2 rooms - place and food for driver con - - ac was very slow to cool the room - poor lighting in the rooms - bad room service - didn't clean room properly - very slow to respond - uncoordinated staff - charges for extra water bottle - wear and tear in the room didn't justify the room rate

Stay was pleasant. Staff was cooperative. Property is amazing for kids and live music in evening was soul touching. Overall it was good stay and food quality was good too.

I stay here for 2 nights.they provide welcome 🍸 drink.rooms are okay but not wow kind of experience.they are fulfilling all standard norms of swimming pool.in evening we enjoyed melodious live music.which is so good.staff is well courteous.in total nice stay.

Pool tiles were too dirty and they change water every 8th day. The only good thing they have a good singer at evening and mr surrender in the dinner area

The pool was too dirty and the staff offered damn small size swimming costumes to females(paid) and when we had a talk with the receptionist, he said this is our policies and cant do anything with that. Resorts are for chill but winsome failed to provide quality service. Note: swimming costumes are paid and they are making alot with low quality swim costumes. I wish these policies should have been clear at the time of booking with make my trip.
