The Positives • The staff were genuinely attentive—friendly, polite, and quick to help. • When the AC stopped working in my room, the hotel promptly upgraded me to a suite at no extra cost—this thoughtful gesture really made a difference. Overall Verdict Despite the hiccup with the AC and the modest dinner spread, it was still a good stay.
