His warm presence, attention to detail, and genuine care in ensuring every meal was perfect made our dining experiences extraordinary. Our recent stay at Sarovar Portico Jim Corbett was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service and warm hospitality we experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making our family vacation truly memorable. A special shout-out to **Jagdish and Bhawna from the housekeeping team**, who were absolute stars! Traveling with a young child means messes are inevitable, and our little one certainly tested their patience by constantly turning the room upside down. Yet, Jagdish and Bhawna handled it all with grace, efficiency, and a smile. They tidied up our room promptly every day, ensuring it was spotless and welcoming, all while engaging kindly with our child. Their dedication and cheerful attitude made us feel genuinely cared for. Equally outstanding were **Mansi and Gaurav at the restaurant**, who transformed our dining experience into a stress-free delight. Understanding the challenges of traveling with a picky eater, they proactively provided kid-friendly meal options and tailored recommendations that kept our child happy and well-fed. Their attentiveness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile allowed us to relax and savor delicious meals without worrying about food battles. Mansi’s warmth and Gaurav’s prompt service truly stood out!

The stay was good, had a great experience. Rooms were pretty clean, size was good enough for a family of 4. Play area was wet in the morning due to the watering they did to tje plants and due to which kids couldn’t play much. Activity area was okay. Pricing for the Food we ordered was little on a higher side and portion was less. Though the taste was pretty good. Breakfast buffet covered almost everything. Stayed there for 2 days and both the days we had different stuff in the breakfast. So overall I would like to give 4 star. Would like to add about the staff, the service was really good.

Stayed in Premium cottage with sit out. The rooms were clean & well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was good which had a wide variety of options, Lunch & dinner should also have more options. The roof top high tea area was the best with awesome kosi river and mountain view.

The rooms are newly built and clean. Stay was peaceful. The only downside was the breakfast spread which was not bad either but the taste was average for the buffet items. For example, the Idli’s weren’t soft, Poha was too dry and so on. In room dining was more expensive than 5 stars but the food was good there.

Rooms are very clean , staff is very cooperative , good place to stay with family and friends .....

This is an overpriced property and their Ala carte menu is way above the range. Approx 150 for one roti or 250 for one cup tea...secondly incase you wish to enjoy resort feeling you may skip this property

Overall stay was good. Breakfast spread was also good. Rooms were clean and hygienic.

It was a pleasant stay. A very neat and clean property. The staff there is very helpful, especially kritika, kiran and mohit helped me with my rooms very much. Recommended if you are visiting Jim corbett.

Wonderful properly, staff and food were also good . Little cuts of electricity for a few seconds was a tiny problem ; nevertheless a great choice .

It's a beautiful property and the location is very convenient if you are planning for a safari.. the staff is very helpful, thanks to Kiran and Mohit for assisting us throughout our stay there.. great view from the terrace restaurant.
