Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended Our experience at Corbett Wild Resort was nothing short of a nightmare. Right from the entry, things went downhill. The main gate was locked, and we had to walk all the way to the reception—no signage, no proper welcome. The person at the reception was on the phone, ignored us completely, and rudely gestured for us to wait. The reception area itself was muddy, smelly, and had no place to sit. We were told to park the car 200 meters away with no assistance offered. When we finally got the room (check-in time was 1 PM), it was a complete mess—unclean, beer bottles scattered on the floor, clearly not ready for guests. It seemed like the hotel had no clue we were coming. The so-called swimming pool looked more like a dirty pond, with loud, obnoxious music blaring in the background, disturbing any peace we were hoping for. After waiting 30 minutes, we were shifted to another room, but it wasn’t much better. The room was in pathetic condition—you couldn’t properly lock the main door or even the bathroom door. There were no basic amenities, and the window AC was poorly installed behind heavy curtains. The moment we drew the curtain, the direct sunlight made the room unbearably hot. Service was terrible, food options were extremely limited, and overall, it was a horrible experience. Definitely not worth the money or the time. Avoid this resort at all costs.

Property things like AC , Led not working, etc

If you are travelling with family, I highly recommend not to stay at the property as all day long group of boys were drinking alcohol at the poolside and in the garden with bare minimum clothes. Cleanliness in the rooms is not proper. There were mosquitoes in the room. Below average food. Pathetic service. It took them almost and hour to provide dental kit.

This property is well located, food was very good. All commitments were not full filed. Intercom was out of service, no welcome drink served at resort. Cleanliness was an issue everywhere.

We have recently visited corbett wild resort, jim corbett. The good things about resort is food, location, amenities and politeness of owner. We had some issues with room facilities and contact number provided for reception. One windows of room was broken and flush was not working properly. We had called on number provided for reception but it was never picked up. Also we were told that staff room will be provided to driver but no information was given to driver

Lights went off at 11:30 pm while sleeping dinner and breakfast was provided on al cart e not on buffet basis as promised rooms had bad smell cleaning was major issue property needs major maintenance and overhaul

There is no service at all. No activity also. Do not visit with family as bunch of loafers keeps hooting whole day. No access to river as mentioned like river access property. No tv in room and bed pillows having fungus

Property was in wreckage state, rooms and washroom was not clean and very old. Ac was not working. They have get the engineer and they are welding the ac in front of us and made the room more dirty than before. Housekeeping staffs were irresponsible. They didn't came to clean that up even when we have said it multiple times. Electricity went out for more than 18 20 times for almost 5 minutes each. Restaurant service was very poor. There response time was too much and you kept waiting to have your food. Restaurants fans were not working and we were forced to eat there all in sweat. Staffs were unprofessional and not trained. There are many other things which were pathetic. I have mentioned only few. Don't book even if it is the last option left.

Property location is a plus point. However house keeping is completely neglected by the resort totally pathetic experiance as below. Tv not working for both the day of stay ac was not working and even the complain was not addressed.

Pool wasn't ready. Amenities weren't upto their prices, cheap quality of buffet. High prices of food over all cheap property

Our request for additional 1 adjacent rooms costed us more than the actual two rooms. Jungle rooms are better than river view. Not worth 4500.

The ambience, property, rooms everything is amazing. But the services are bad, hotel staff is not friendly and professional. They need to work a lot on it to improve the experience of the guests

Very good resort in dis price range. Some rooms also have a very good view. Food is also good but room service is poor.

Resort has poor room facility like no hanger to hang clothes, tv not working, no foot matt, no ro water service in room, nothing exciting in resort. It's not a resort, just a lodge with swimming pool. Cheating on the name of resort. Need cash back

When i visited on first day the resort maintenance work was going on in whole property. It seems like we were staying at construction site. Property is good but not maintained by staff. Room service was very slow it take 1 hour to deliver a water bottle to our room. Water supply to bathroom was not proper, toilet jet was not working. In my view a good property is waste without proper services. I hope this review taken in consideration by hotel staff and management seriously.

In the rain room was dripping with water lots of cockroaches and insects. Even the curtains rod was not fixed properly and it fallen on my wife. Terrible experience

First thing there reception is very bad. Second thing, when we entered in the hotel 6-7 girls and boys were drinking beer and whisky on the pool clearly. Third thing they don't have phone facility in the room for everything you have to go to the reception and ask about the things. Fourth and last there cottage was average but washroom was worst. Gun was not working properly, water pressure was very slow

Pros : 1. Green ambiance, Trees were loaded with mangoes 🥭 2. Middle of Dhikuli ( surrounded by trees) 🌳3. Parking available with CCTV surveillance 🅿️4. running hot water in room 💦Cons : 1. Room was not clean enough, Bed sheet has stains 😬🤢2. Not a river access property, It’s near but there is no given path to reach at river side (Unless you want to trek 😥 🐾)3. pool was clean but liquor being served on pool , which was slightly uncomfortable for families 🥃4. washroom was shady 🤮5. OLD window AC , no remote or button given to set temperature ( either keep it on or off 😓)

I stayed in cottage room and the experience was not good at all. The room looks too old. There is no phone to contact reception or room service. They even don’t have cupboards. Washroom are in bad condition. Service is very bad. Takes too much time to deliver something to you. The food is tasteless.
