Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity New Delhi

Haven’t got a chance to stay because of the wrong booking done by my agent but as a woman who reached so late to the hotel and asked for a stay only for few hours but they didn’t have any option. Anamika from the reception wanted to help because she figured she can but unfortunately one of your staff, of course a male staff happened to tell her not to. This is just so disappointing. I wish people could be more helpful, humane and kinder . I would have really appreciated some kind of respect for a woman and some kind of arrangements made even though the booking was a day stay instead of night . I had to shift hotels in middle of night in Delhi which is considered as one of the most unsafe places in India .

Perfect location! Step out of the hotel and you are in Aerocity. Good comfortable rooms and amenities at the hotel. Breakfast is good option here as hotel has great varieties of food options as well.

Stay was good, situated at an idle place, hostile and friendly staff, good food and in house Bar don’t allow you to go outside. Only Room size was an issue as seems smaller than expected for the price tag. Overall it was worth and can be considered to rebook in future.

Rooms are nice , but reception staffs wasn’t very welcoming, the check in and check out process was very robotic , the warmth of hospitality was missing . I understand that it’s a busy hotel but if a guest is waiting in long queue at least that guest needs to be acknowledged..

I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient and easily accessible, making travel smooth. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained with good facilities. The food served was tasty and hygienic, offering a nice variety. Overall, it was a great experience with friendly service and good value for money.

receptionist was very rude while checking.. @night..but morning other receptionist was very kind and helping .

My stay at Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity, New Delhi (Booking ID: NH******3242) on 23rd Aug 2025 was extremely disappointing. Despite arriving at 2 PM, I waited 2 hours for my room with no assistance for my luggage. The room smelled of smoke, amenities like towels and remote were delayed, and cleanliness was poor. Breakfast was chaotic—cold food, missing orders, and lack of basic cutlery. , this was unacceptable and far below 5-star standards. I request immediate action and a full refund for the inconvenience and substandard service.

Depositing an extra Rs 3000 as security deposit at check-in time is not good. The stay was pleasant but check in was slow.

The food is good, but they treat all the guest as thief. I didn't like their rules which are indirectly conveying that the guest is thief. For every thing they charge in advance, no billing/postpaid system available there, its not good, and maybe we will not prefer our stay over there in future. For example if u need thw hotel car, We have to pay first, if u order something in the room, the food come up with the bill, which needs to be paid intantly, means this kind of rule and regulations are very bad and make the guest uncomfortable.

Hole night ac drain water are falling from ceiling room hole floor are totally wet im was unable to sleep bcoz off water voice tip tip and i was make call to desk but there no response 😞😞😞😞

Property was good , however checkin process was disappointing experience. Inspite of pre paid bill amount , though I reached by 2 pm the room was allocated by 2.50 pm after several follow up with reception desk
