The hotel owner immediately gets angry with the customer. The hotel owner was booking a house boat for rs but i did it myself for rs only. One of the hurdles is that the hotel owner took rs. 200 / - per day for electric blankets. The hotel is quite a place to stay. Also the hotel owner was annoyed as he did not book a car to go to sonmarg. Also, since he is asking for extra money, you can go out and inquire yourself and book a car. Hotel location is not so good. You can book a good hotel for rs The workers they hired were very helpful and nice but the hotel owner only pretends but takes commissions everywhere. Rooms are also small.

First difficult to navigate but locals will help you. Hotel is back of the dal lake which very close to lake. Staff is good and understandable. They have internet facility so no problem of wfh. Room is spacious and clean. Washroom is also clean. If you are low on budget its completely value for money.

I had an unpleasant experience at the hotel. And there was no food and water available at the hotel. The staffs were on leave and there were just two guests left in the whole property because of this I was feeling unsafe. At first, the owner denied the booking due to the internet unavailability, since no booking confirmation was provided to them. I booked a double bed studio room but they provided me a single bedroom. Though the owner was friendly, they provided food for us and were very supportive.
