Shah Abbas Hotel

Not worth the money spent on stay in this 3rd class hotel. Book hotel away from Dal lake, you will get far better hotels in the same rate.

I was a terrible experience. Bathroom and room was too dirty, hotel staff not supportive, there were no heating facilities in the room. Ambience was too bad, too noisy, construction going on there and it was lots of noise. No proper electricity backup. Because of no cancellation policy of make my trip, we have to suffer for 2 days. Next time i will not continue booking with makemytrip.

Pathetic experience room was extremely unhygienic. There were spider all over in the wall of room. Balcony gate door knob was broken because of that you can't close the gate. Electricity problem every time. Even they asked for money for hot water.

I have stayed there for 2 nights, the tv was not running and they failed to run it in 2 days. There was no slipper in washroom neither in bed room. Electric bed was not working. No room heater or no ketly for heating the water was available. Other thing was ok. The blanket was little bit old but was clean. According to price the hotel is not worthy.

The hotel was full but make my trip has took the booking when reached out at hotel with my wife and with lot of luggage they said u don't have booking with us and their hotel has been sold out from many days. But manager told me that one suit room had cancel-led and they charged me a huge amount for that as they know where else i can go with luggage at night so guys it's a humble request to not book a hotel through mmt as i don't want that anyone face that much pain or difficulty which i bear on that day as my prepaid sim was not working in srinagar so was completely helpless also can't contacted with mmt because my registered no with mmt wasn't working there. And the hotel was very unsafe for couples. There is a huge list of complaints regarding hotel and also with make my trip but don't want to are call them.

Location great. Food not tried. Desk service was just okay. Found the desk person bit rude. From outside. Hotel was looking bad. Rooms were okay to stay. Not much great experience

The hotel is worst in the area. Staff is totally illetrate, unprofessional and rude. Staying there is total waste of money. It is better to stay in a house boat. I had booked the hotel for one night stay but when i checked in i found the property just like the bhoot bangla and had to check out within a few hours. If you are planning to visit srinagar i recommend not to book this hotel(bhoot bangla) so that you don't ruin e your trip. Plus you do not get your money back if you cancel l your booking.

Beds, mattress, blankets all are good. But door, chairs & tables were old looking

View-wise property is in good location, food quality is also good but room services are terrible. Wi-fi is down maximum time, they never maintained any hygiene properly.

Room is good wash room very clean

Door locked and didn't open from inside after repair then you have to call house keeping. The worse experience I have about this hotel when I have to leave at 2.25 Am and my door locked again then I have to call again to house keeping he comes and open my lock from outside, my family laughs on me.
