familyHotel denied to check in by saying that we dont receipt money from make my trip and they have their internal issues of past dealing with mm t and ask me pay cash as per the current terriff of the hotel and i was sitting their for more than 1 hour and called thoroughly to your customercare but does not get any concrete resolution. When your customer care executive told me to arrange my own stayed and they will refund my advance payment but even it was not refund.

My stay started with the hotel owner told me that he will not provide me check in as I have booked from MMT and he wants more money for the room. Even though I had already paid the full amount before, I was still asked to pay more. Also when I was given the room, the AC of the room wasn't working and the hotel owner refused to change the room even though there was a room with working ac (as he gave me after some time). Also the location is not good at all. I request everyone to not book this hotel even if it is for free.

Worst locution and too poor facilities, not suitable for couples at all and for families as well

There was constant disturbance of people talking at reception for complete night, couldn't sleep. Washroom requirements were also not in proper condition and broken. No facilities were provided unless asked for. No cleanliness in the surrounding locality of Hotel. Initially gave room without ac wherein the booking was for ac room.
