I had heard about OYO hotels, but now I had suffered for myself too. OYO management doesn't try to provide a better hospitality to their customers while they save/favour or support their property staff. will not be a good for long time until it improves.

I booked my hotel in rs /daywhere i paid money and when i reached hotel, they said i dont accept booking and they said they will charge /days and when i paid my money for two days ; ie , they said it is only for 1 days.

Made to pay again

soloWe have booked room and paid whole amount booking was confirmed but when i reached hotel, he did not accept the payment. I was asked to pay amount again. I was told that money paid would be returned. As i was alone and it was late night, i didn't have option other than paying and i had to pay whole amount again. The same had happened to another family who were staying there on the same day. We request u to look into this seriously.

At first they tell me about not accept prepaid payment. As my booking was paid, they change this to offline at higher (×2) rate. But when I check out they didn't ask for anything and I paid online what I paid. But it is bad for ask money extra and please review it before going. I also request MMT to check into this matter because it's a type of fraud.
