Very bad experience. insects in rooms water is empty in wash rooms uncleaned rooms .. service is not Gud light is not available in rooms

First of all the Room which was booked was not having a Proper likable Handle from ot side.On the very morning on 30 th April there was no Water supply for At least 3 hours.and we sufferd a lot due to that,Practically we lost the Day. The behaviour also was not Good ,even of the owner also.. Simpley the charged ₹60/- for a cup of Teaand the cups in which they served Tea wre very dirty .
