The person at the reception was nice. His behaviour was also very good. But the condition of the room was horrible! damp, dust, dirty rags everything was so bad! only good thing was geyser was working properly. I will surely not come again and will definitely tell others too

Very poor service please some refund

Bathroom was too small and water supply was not good. No drinking water facilities in the hotel.

No drinking water available, no toilet water available, broken leakage flush, no house keeping, no heater facility, dirty blanket pls refund me 50% amount paid on hotel dezong retreat

Location property not good, but hill area we adjustable, room condition not good properly. But stuff is good.

The location of the property is wrong, rooms are not as per picture, view from the hotel is one of the worst one, even the hotel people are not professional,

the room was just terrible. there was no window in the room. door lock was broken. the room was very smelly and rat infested. the toilet was very smelly. the bed was so small to fit myself (i'm just 5'7"). not at all recommended.

Nobody should book rooms in this hotel, it's a nightmare. My mom started crying after entering our room in this hotel. After spending 5 minutes we left this hotel and booked another hotel magnolia residency. F* everything is dirty and third rated about this hotel.

Worst of the worst rooms in deezong retreat. Worst assistance provided. The lady acknowledged the poor condition of the rooms. Acknowledged that it is not in a habitable condition. However, when we asked for refund, she mentioned that the owner of the property refused to provide refund. I didn’t book directly anything with the property. Worst of the worst booking experience.

Quality of rooms are very very poor. Lights not sufficient and bathroom lights not working. Geysers not working. Rooms service not available in this hotel. Behaviour of hotel staff is terrible. No thanks horrible experience please do not share this type of hotel

Hotel room wasnt clean enough and the furnitures were kind of damaged. Overall it was not bad but could be better. Room service was good.

I am not check in hotel because my ticket not confirmed i also inform them 24 hrs ago but they are not cancel my booking and said not refund money. They are not refund my money. It was fast-eating to me to booking hotel in makemytrip. Com denzong retreat.
