I reached the hotel late at night and the staff at the reception had no idea what do. They made me wait for 20 minutes and called the senior who helped in checking in.

Congested room, no toiletry no 1 foot mate. No tovel and difficult to reach to room and breakfast is totally worst. There is no option in breakfast and taste is very bad very bad experience.

Room are ok. And Breakfast not good. Same menu everyday, only 2 item for breakfast. breakfast area mosquitoes 🦟 are roaming. Not happy with breakfast.

Yea..really good ambience..good location..wast canteen space..Enjoyed 3 nights there with delightful ambience..Supportive and helping staff, all helped us to feel like a homely stay ..Thanks all..Thanks a lot👍👍

there is no service and I am very disappointed to disrespect no support and no well being behaviour with the client it was the worst experience

Cherish Imperial club property is the best property i frequently used to stay n it's always the superb stay...but food from mejaz quite expensive for no reason otherwise everything is juz amazing I always enjoy my stay there at hotel...there rooms are well maintained very spacious n premium room they have for there guests nice breakfast n offcourse well mannered n polite staff members n awesome room services.... except Mejaz the food is soo expensive n they always ask to clear bill before having the food it's not good to treat guests as it's not necessary...as if somebody ordered food than they will pay that amount later or may at the time of checkout soo it shud be modified atleast thanks 👍🙂

The rooms were terrible with no window and looks like small cell. They have advertised size of the room as 625 sq feet but actual size are around 60-70 only. It’s a total fraud so it was a mistake booking room at this place as they misrepresented.

Pathetic service. Pathetic hotel policies. They even charge for the cutlery if you ask for and add gst on it🤣 first time I got to know about such policy. So greedy to earn in such way

Property is really nice! Room was clean and cool. Actually at first i thought it will be a normal just a another normal hotel but the room and washroom was quite clean and i t was a good stay altogether just stayed for a night!

The property is excellent as the rooms and housekeeping are very prompt and courteous but the In room dinning closes at 9 pm as I formed by the staff due to unavailability of chef .The restaurant is not the part of the hotel which is very weird as if you ask for an even empty glass from restaurant , they will ask to order something from the restaurant then they will deliver the empty glass , also they will charge 10X the cost if you order like water or club soda from the restaurant . the hotel should keep an eye on that to retain there guest . thanks

Amazing food n pleasant stay. Would definitely repeat. Comfortable ambience and polite staff. Television needs to be looked into once before letting new guests in.

Worst Experience Ever Had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff at the reception, especially the person handling the desk, was completely untrained and unprofessional. He didn’t know how to manage basic tasks, and the check-in/check-out process was full of confusion. The worst part was during billing – there was no transparency at all. They quote one price at the time of booking and then give a different, lower amount on the bill, which raises serious concerns about their billing practices. It seems like they don't have any fixed rates and just make up numbers. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value your time and money, stay elsewhere

Location was okay. But the room was so dirty and badly kept. There were maggots in the fridge and gunk in the garbage bin. The shower glass doors were not cleaned. And bathroom stunk. Plus there’s always some program in the ground floor so there’s a possibility of late night music blast and if you’re not a fan of loud music late night, it could be an issue. Overall the place the good but poorly kept and maintained. Need to do more on the cleanliness side.
