A wonderful value for money stay! Rooms were clean and equipped. Check-in was smooth. They allowed Zomato to deliver to the room which was a convenient thing. Overall a wonderful experience! Recommended 👍🏻

They refused to give 10% complementry discount on f&b and they were not listening at all they forced us to pay full amount + 10% service charge

Stay was very comfortable. Location is very convenient for reach and not so far to connect airport nd new delhi railway station. Facilities, services, cleaness was satisfactory. Staff was very polite in nature so happy to stay this property.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host/staff were friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience — I’d definitely stay here again!

The stay was definitely comfortable but the breakfast spread was a sham , not all that great . Service was good though . I lost a wrist watch there in the room which the staff could not retrieve , that’s the disappointing part of the stay .

Rooms were okay but ot was not clean. There were big flies in the room coming in from the HVAC unit. It was accepted by the hotel that it was an issue on their side. How can big flies make their way in from the AC vents.

I reached the hotel late at night and the staff at the reception had no idea what do. They made me wait for 20 minutes and called the senior who helped in checking in.

Congested room, no toiletry no 1 foot mate. No tovel and difficult to reach to room and breakfast is totally worst. There is no option in breakfast and taste is very bad very bad experience.

Room are ok. And Breakfast not good. Same menu everyday, only 2 item for breakfast. breakfast area mosquitoes 🦟 are roaming. Not happy with breakfast.

Yea..really good ambience..good location..wast canteen space..Enjoyed 3 nights there with delightful ambience..Supportive and helping staff, all helped us to feel like a homely stay ..Thanks all..Thanks a lot👍👍

Cherish Imperial club property is the best property i frequently used to stay n it's always the superb stay...but food from mejaz quite expensive for no reason otherwise everything is juz amazing I always enjoy my stay there at hotel...there rooms are well maintained very spacious n premium room they have for there guests nice breakfast n offcourse well mannered n polite staff members n awesome room services.... except Mejaz the food is soo expensive n they always ask to clear bill before having the food it's not good to treat guests as it's not necessary...as if somebody ordered food than they will pay that amount later or may at the time of checkout soo it shud be modified atleast thanks 👍🙂

The rooms were terrible with no window and looks like small cell. They have advertised size of the room as 625 sq feet but actual size are around 60-70 only. It’s a total fraud so it was a mistake booking room at this place as they misrepresented.
