Nice experience, but the front of the balcony is not seen to view any natural pictures.and I have not try hotel food.

My experience has been very bad. I was assaulted in this hotel and during the assault my money was taken away and i had a gold earring in my ear. Even that was snatched away. I saw in the morning that the gold earring is not in my ear.

The hotel is located at very prime location were you can get all food and restaurant and etc every thing is available at near by great stay with neat and clean room. Great stay very neat and clean room, located at very prime location of tapovan and easy check in process

The location is good but it's on a very narrow road. Food average. Amenities average. Service is excellent 👍. They gave me the biggest room, though it was smelly. Moist bed and pillow.

The hotel room I was booked. Very bad room . Bathroom is not clean and didn't maintain hygiene.. Bad side wall was fully seepage issue. I will share the picture also. And one time I stuck in lift because of electricity. And the last thing I can't sleep well at night because of mosquitos. And air conditioning is not working . I complain to receptionist but he didn't do anything.

Hotel environment is not good. Only ground and first floor are ok. Looks like a very old building. Breakfast is good here though

no water in the room for the whole day no cleaning in the room chai was terrible I never recommend this to anyone 😭

There is no lift facility, check in time was 01:30 pm we reached at 02:30 pm still room not ready and room was ready at 03:00 pm. After that allocated room’s ac not working we complained that after they allocated second room and also this room’s geyser not working. We complained but there is no solution is coming. So don’t book this hotel even free of cost.

1) frequent power cuts, 2) lift not working, 3) broken walls 4) no toothbrush and toothpaste 5) rude staff

The staff was cooperative n friendly clean rooms at good location in tapovan. Food was good. Have secured private parking.
