    Poor Stay

    The property was okay. The service was poor. I was messaged on the day of check-in, saying that I've booked the wrong property and it could sleep only 2 people and not 3. However, I had clearly booked an apartment that had a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa that opened up as a bed in the living room. I took a screenshot of this and sent it to them, so they changed their stance and said that they would put an extra bed in the room to sleep on the floor. It was automated check-in with Code. When we reached, someone else had already checked-in to our apartment and sleeping there. Upon contacting the property management, they shifted us to another apartment and then brought in an extra bed with pillow cover and blankets that did not seem to be washed either. Careless attitude from their end.
