Somerset Grand Hanoi

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights at Somerset Grand HaNoi. We had a 2 Bedroom apartment. It was a very spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms. Very clean and tidy and also with all amenities and fully functioning kitchen. If you are planning in a group this is an excellent choice. Staff are very good and courteous. They also have a nice lounge with amenities for guests to wait (for check in and check out).

It was an outstanding stay. The property had everything and 5 star property should have- swimming pool complete with sauna, steam and gym, table tennis, lawn tennis courts, pool table, children’s play area, restaurants, fantastic room service, front desk. The apartment was comfortable and had every amenity one would require. We never thought even once that we were outside home.

We had planned a trip to sap a for which we were looking for a property near to railway station. Somerset is a very well managed building and provides serviced apartment. We took a two bedroom. It was a nice apartment and everything was working. Very neat and clean and service was good. Location is very nice and everything is available on short notice

We had a very pleasant stay at somerset grand. The rooms were spacious. Our room also got upgraded so we were kind of very happy. The toilets were neat and clean. And very good service. Being vegetarian we thought we would have very less choices in breakfast but we had a lot of choices to eat. Loved every bit of it. Would highly recommend this place.

Location - very good , close to food joints , malls , street shopping in close proximity. Breakfast is well spread with variety of food options . Property is well maintained with all amenities especially well serviced kitchen, rooms are very clean & spacious. Service of front desk is excellent.

Hotel apartment type with 2 bedrooms. Washing machine available and so can wash the clothes. Breakfast fast available but I didn’t book for it. Kitchen was there so can prepare ourselves. Walkable distance to Lake and train street

Warm and courteous staff's always ready to help you. Service is super quick and efficient. Location spot on lots of nearby restaurants walking distance to old quarters. House cleaning is super efficient so are the room services

we stayed with family for 2 nights... we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment... it was a very nice and clean apartment with functional kitchen... the only drawback was that the wood work on doors and windows was fairly old

Nice property. Great location, friendly staff and all amenities are right there. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which had two bathrooms too and a kitchen. Nicely maintained and we had all that we needed.

2bhk apartment was excellent, breakfast spread was too good. Near to all tourist attraction, excellent staff and location. Will come back soon.

Location is unparalleled. All the amenities mentioned on the internet were actually present. Services were excellent as well

THE HOTEL LOCATION IS PERFECT AND NICE BUSINESS HOTEL TO STAY IN HANOI Indian restaurant is very near and shopping street is also on a walk. Staff is very polite and helpful.
