the stay was good , very comfortable and a well equipped hotel . Location was good and food at their restaurant was excellent !

This is one of the busiest hotels on the busy corner of Times Square. This not more than a transit station. Don’t expect any service & staff responding to any of the questions. Food is pathetic, You will have to even fetch water yourself from lobby as they don’t provide drinking water in the room .Even Starbucks inside the hotel lobby sells stale food.

Service was not good, house keeping people are not polite, rooms are not good as per Mariott standards

Easy check in. Perfect staff. Good atmosphere. Proximity to places of interest. Worth its stay.

This is the best location to stay at new york, right on times square. Hotel is amazing and huge. The rooms are big - i think the biggest you can get in new york. Highly recommended.

It's just a stone throw away distance from the most happening place in the world times square. Hotel is sky scrapper and you can get a very good view of New York from top floors. Very relaxing place equipped with very latest technologies and very helpful staffs brigade. Would recommend others to be here if times square and New York City is the place you want to be.

Good location and value for money for a luxury hotel

Excellent hotel at this price

The food is ok for vegetarians. But limited options only and the time of 11:30-5 with no room service is inconvenient. Room was ok but there is no fridge which causes inconvenience.

Hotel location is awesome right on Broadway. But that's it. No drinking water in rooms, everyone in the hotel looks for tips and they are upfront about it.

Undoubtedly excellent location to stay at times square. Overall good staff.
