The hotel and its restaurant was very good. The staff was friendly and prepared good vegetarian food on order. The pool was nice and clean. The hotel is good for honeymoon couples.

It’s a small property near the kata beach but services were very slow as there is a very limited staff out of which half of the people do not understand english very well. Property’s hygiene levels were good and breakfast was okay too. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

I stayed in a pool access room which was amazing. Hotel is not too big but the staff is very helpful. It is right next to the kata beach. Location is good but for most days you will have to travel to patong area

As the name itself suggests the room was romantically done beautiful combinations of wall flooring tables mirrors well lit and decorated room separate shower room and toilet and a separate area for bathtub inside the room beautifully designed and very nice and clean guest amenities very very good a very good balcony with sea view and pool view overall fantastic better than imagined.

We have stayed 4 days. The location of the resort is awesome. Room and service are too good. It was a great stay. I loved the room decor. Whole resort was awesome. Service was superb. Food was also good. Very nice location. 5 minutes walk for beach.

This hotel is at Kata Beach, which is 30-40 mins drive away from the party places of Bangla Street. So if you are looking for non-stop party, this is not the hotel for you. But, if you are looking to stay close to a great beach (Kata Beach) and want to be away from the party crowd, this is a great hotel for relaxing.

Good food, although we only had breakfast in the hotel, great location, well maintained rooms and courteous staff. All in all very nice!

Classy modern rooms in a street full of restaurants and other shops located some 200 meters from the beautiful Kata beach, Chanalai Romantica is a great place to stay. Though the veg options in the breakfast buffet was very limited, the great restaurants close by compensated for this.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. It is not a big hotel but the rooms, pool, reception, location and facilities provided were 10 on 10. From room to beach is 10 minutes walk. Hotel provides you with beach towels and even a Cain Chattai to take to beach. I did not have food there as I am a vegetarian so no comments there. The service was top notch. Hotel takes a deposit money which is returned on check-out.
I stayed for two nights in the Pool access room on the ground floor. The lay out of the room and the bath tub, Shower room and toilet and wash basin was unique. I have stayed in many upscale hotels but at Chanalai Romantica it was the best. I could not find any flaw with any facility. It was just perfect. The rooms on other floors are same accept they overlook the pool. From the ground floor rooms you can direct jump into the pool from your room outside sit out. Although you have to walk for 10 minutes to reach the beach and beach is not visible from the rooms. You will find many places to eat just a short walk from the hotel. There is an Indian Restaurant 5 minutes walking from the hotel on the outside of IBIS hotel. Good vegetarian food but expensive.

Definitely a thumbs up for this place. Specially recommended for couples. Close to a 5 star accommodation, worth visiting once.

Hotel is located near kata beach which is far away from the chaos of patong. It's ideal for couples who wants to have a relaxed outing. Staff at the hotel is very helpful. It's just a 5 mins walk to kata beach which is one of the best beach in Phuket. Rooms are very spacious and we stayed at the top floor which had nice view. Highly recommended!

We were given free upgrade when we check-in so that was a good surprise. The hotel is located very near to kata beach. It is very peaceful and the rooms are excellent. The service is average, I wouldn't say its great. But if you want to go to Patong then its not the place to stay as Patong is quite far. If you want to party at Bangla street then commuting to Patong is expensive and don't drink and drive there since the police is very strict there and will be waiting for you on the way back to kata beach from Patong. Food is average, not so great for vegetarians but the chef cooked vegetarian breakfast for us on our request which was great.

Lovely hotel. Only issue was the breakfast and food. We are Indian vegetarians. There wasn't even a 1 single item in breakfast for us and they don't have even 1 veg item in their room service/restaurant menu. Overall, value for money as room and staff was nice.
