Hotel was nice. We had some issues in our room but overall it was comfortable. The pool and the other facilities are pretty nice and mostly the location is closer to all the great shopping places.

Room and food are good with affordable prices.

Nice place to stay however I find the service horrible. AC was leaking and help desk was not answering at all. Took help from cleaner.

Hotel lobby, reception and pool were well maintained. Good in house restaurants and room service. Housekeeping was done daily. Bed and room decor was good and AC worked well. However the carpet smelled of dampness. The hotel is located beside a clothing wholesale market and there isn't much food options around and you have to use Tuk Tuk or hire a cab to get around. There is a 7 Eleven store nearby which was helpful.

Hotel location center in the baby market and also all cheap food and ship boat are available around 1 km of hotel.

Prince Palace hotel is must in hotels nearby attraction with boat.

Pleasant stay. Will to visit again and stay here only.

Very big hotel ambience is good bottle service is too late

Since the 1st night room of stinking terribly, had to shift to another room. Hotel should look into the cleanliness of the rooms because of its wooden interiors and carpet which easily gets moisture and hence results into some unbearable smell.

All services are good for use

The hotel was very clean and the family suite was quite spacious. However, communicating with the front desk in English was a problem. Moreover, the hotel does not conduct any tour of the city, there is only a taxi facility.

Very nice management and services

The location of hotel is the center point of Bangkok City. You can very easily find almost all type of transport service. Food was very good in taste and quality. In the breakfast one will find a variety of food and definitely one will get confused in choosing which food item would be better in taste. Every other food item was just wow. Staff of the hotel was very assistive. They always have a smile on their face and never let you down with their quality service. Next time I will definitely stay in Prince Palace.

Location is outskirts of the city. Otherwise everything was good.

The hotel is worthy of it's name and has a palace kind decor and elegance. Service was prompt and they were very hospitable. The only suggestion would be to bring some changes in the breakfast menu, probably for different days of the week. It remains the same and exhaustive menu on a daily basis since we stayed for 4 days.

This hotel is far away from city center. Main thing is no Indian mobile charging slots available here. When complaint on it to reception, she said to buy new adapter. Overall cleanliness and ambiance is good.
