Location is OK, but room need recondition.

Place is great with very large rooms and very nice services. As a Solo traveler enjoyed the facilities and the courteous staff who were very helpful. Had a huge balcony with great views of the City and the best part was it was in a very calm location. Vincent's a small Restaurant and bar gave a good opportunity to mix with expats settled there and could chill out. Would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed for two nights, very comfortable. Television in the room was outdated.
Soaps could be better and kitchen amenities could be better.

I reached there at 9 am and Hotel's check in time is 2 pm. Before depart to Bangkok, I mailed to Hotel administration and request to provide early check in but they replied that if rooms are available then they will provide me. When I reached there I request them for early check in, even I noted that they have a rooms but thay had not accept my request and not provide me room. At time of check out, I asked them for Invoice but they told me that you've not booked directly from them so they can not give me Invoice. Very BAD answer.

Huge room/ apartment. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Huge two bedroom with kitchen. Good balcony. Dinner available at restaurant. Courteous staff. Located on a narrow road - so difficult to reach due to traffic congestion. But reception was very helpful in calling taxi. There is a travel desk.

I hope they do renovation for all rooms soon as I was told some rooms are renovated, I requested for a new room but never got any. I put "Do Not Disturb" on the door the 2nd day but when I came back to check out, the room was made up I don't know why.

Very nice staff and food. Rooms were spacious and very nice. Close to MRT lumphini and silom, sala daeng BTS also. Good food outlets close by. Very highly recommended with family. Swimming pool and restaurants are good. Great stay. Should. Go with family for big partments

The room was very old, though they were very big it was old it seemed like I was back in the 90's. It wasn't anything like the pictures shown. The location of the hotel is really good. Overall, it wasn't a great stay as I thought it would be.

Very homely and comfortable. Location is perfect. Breakfast also good. Overall value for money. Staff at front desk very helpful and always prompt for cab service. Honestly staff should be trained to speak English.

Overall nice experience & good value for money. The location is just awesome keeping on mind my requirements for my business needs. Front desk staff are just the right choice by the hotel management. They are very helpful and walk that extra mile to help you in making your stay comfortable. However, the morning breakfast is a little low on the choices and spread. Needs improvement.
