Review Of Lily Hotel Bangkok

Its location is very bad. Not having restraunt. Only breakfast and lunch are available, for dinner you will have to go somewhere else. If you want to enjoy vibrant bangkok, this is not right place to stay.

Lily is located at a quite neighborhood in udom souk and just by the bts. Staff members are friendly and cooperative. During our arrival and departure, staff members carried our luggage. However, shows swimming pool which is no longer in use. The gym is substandard. Unlike other standard hotels, lily does not provide toothbrush, paste and comb. There is no hand wash next to the bathroom basin. Lily should upgrade the places assigned for soap and shampoo. Advantages 1. Buts udom souk about 8 minutes away 2. 7 11 about 3 to 4 minutes away 3. Udom souk road 10 minutes away mainly local thai food, texas chicken, massage, sushi like 4. On nut is about 5 to 6 minutes by cab and few stations away. This is a hub for big c, restaurants, plazas demerits 1. The area is not really a hub like pratunam. 2. There is nothing to do in the hotel ie no pool, below standard gym. 3. Hygiene is low compared to standard hotels. 4. Room rates are high compared to the value 5. I had to request for room service although i stayed for 3 nights. Recommendation to lily. Please keep the basic amenities in your toilets. Don't upload pool pics if you don't have one. Also, make sure plates, cups, glasses, forks, knives are visible. Provide a better value to improve your occupancy. I think you can work on menu, breakfast price points, pool, gym, offer cheaper prices in the vending machine. There is no menu in the room. I don't know if you can optimize the food service for a higher revenue stream.

Nice hotel to stay. If i go next time. I will book the same hotel

Hotel was good, near bangkok international exhibition trade center, location was near to bi-etc

The hotel is neatly maintained and the staff is courteous. Even though it is a old building kept clean. I appreciate the respond of the chef during breakfast. He got me good vegetarian stuff prepared and it was tasty also.
