Review Of Eastin Hotel Makkasan Bangkok

It is very good hotel to stay. Due to covid. No staff. We got mini buffet. Special thanks to receptionist mr. Daves. He helped us in all aspects very nice guy.

Tasty food, good service, good ambience, located at the center of city.

It's a decent value for money deal.

Staff behavior was very rude and they were not willing to help or coordinate

1. room we were given had a cooling system not working they blamed the high rise floor and shifted us down 2. breakfast they had no buffet spread and unwelcoming staff who only focused on us wearing masks and ordering only 1 dish. no vegetarian spread. only take 1 out of the 4 options made to order 3. no room service or housekeeping staff post 8 pm 4. the only place in Thailand where we were charged for drinking water in the room 5. kids' play area closed 6. shuttle service closed pros. 1. helpful front desk 2. hotel close to shopping area 3. 2 3 Indian restaurants near by for rescue for breakfast not being served

We have enjoyed a wonderful time in this Eastin Hotel Bangkok with lovely people and good lobby.

Rooms are best. Staff behavior is average. No Indian breakfast is available on counters. We have to request chefs to make it. But not getting taste as India. Overall good hotel.

Hotel experience was great as it is quite spacious and also staff is very good in behavior. Indra square mall and Pratuman market is nearby walking distance. Also, you can take metro line for connectivity to Suvarnabhumi Airport directly. Overall good experience.

We booked a double room. But they upgraded us to deluxe room. Room, location, food everything was great. Will stay again.

Staff at ala carte preparing egg omelette had rude expressions in making a simple veg omelet for my husband and me. Also, there were cockroaches in the room. Staff Suraya at the front desk counter was very polite and respectful.

Good location. Many Indians. Rooms big, but had cockroaches.

Trust me, its the best in Bangkok. The food, the view, service all are good. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel to stay for all types of tourist, excellent breakfast with lots of variety for Indian also, good prompt service from all staff, neat and clean rooms, good location, hotel rating 10 out of 10 point.

Great interiors, amazing food. Loved the breakfast buffet variety. It was a hassle free stay.
