It's a value-for-money hotel. The rooms are decent but the breakfast buffet is rather limited. The location is ideal with restaurants, bars and nightlife close by. I request mm t to inform all guests that all hotels in thailand do collect a security deposit (to be returned at the time of check out. This can be quite a significant sum depending on the duration of stay and guests need to be aware of this before they start planning their trips.

The rooms were amazing. Very clean. Breakfast was nice though limited options but everything was nice. Location is good but not for families. It's more of a party lane and noisy at night.

Hotel located place is very good, easy to buy food and another things as well as metro station also near.

The hotel is listed as 4 star but more of a 2 or 3 star. While check-in they mentioned that there is some problem with room and asked if we can be accommodated in the next door hotel. I checked the new hotel room and did not like it, so they offered the room at the citrus hotel itself (not sure how the room problem got solved. On entering the room there was a mop that wasn’t taken out by the room service. The next day morning they denied breakfast(even though we had booked a room including the breakfast) and later on rechecking they allowed us. Breakfast was okay even though the number of items were less. Otherwise staffs were helpful and allowed our luggages to be stored after our check out time. Overall a very average stay and won’t be booking it in again the future.

By name, might not be as big a brand as accor hotels, but this one of the best hotels in the nana sukhumvit area, wide specious rooms, very clean, healthy and tasty breakfast, very nice hospitality by the staff. I don't see anything negative to tell you about this wonderful hotel. Come and experience yourself.

The hotel is over priced as compared to the look that it carries. Rest service is good but they need to work on the pricing. The hotel looks too cheap for the price that they charge!

Hotel rooms are good bigger and clean, location is quite near to happening place of patong and indian restaurants and street shopping is also within walking distance. Though their service is ultra quick but we were made to wait for check in till 2 pm despite our special request and they seems to do this with all as was evident by families waiting in lobby with tired faces. Their restaurant does not offer anything for vegetarians other than milk and fruits. Rooms are top notch but overall just felt ok.

It was nice stay, room was neat and clean. Room service also was good. The behaviour of the staffs was pleasing.

It's one of them places that actually works out as what you think it would be while you are booking it. Does that make sense. Need a beer, sure 2 minutes, need food, 10 minutes max. What to smoke? sure, would you like to do it at a bar downstairs or upstairs. This place is worth every penny. You can bet that for the future, this hotel will forever be my go-to place.

Great stay as usual, booked their suit room for the 3rd time since last year, enjoyed stay. Feels safe, good location yet gives privacy and good support staffs. Hopefully will visit again

Hotel location is ideal for enjoying night life proximity to station, rooms decent clean spacious. Hospitality very good. Breakfast was excellent, need to add indian dishes. Overall experience is satisfying
