We had a 2 day comfortable stay. Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. The nature trail the hotel offered was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommend this place.

The property is in close proximity to the city center. The staff is very courteous and food is good too. Overall a good experience with family

This is one of the worst so far of the hotels we stayed in srilanka. We have been given a room for triple occupency but the room size is so small thatt we barely able to walk after one more bed is placed in room. The room is preety average with basic amenities. This is just a 2 star or 3 star if i have to rate, and most of the websites rate it 4 star. Not sure how the rating are so high. Another problem is that if u are carrying a driver, they demand extra money for drivers accommodation. It never happened to us in any hotels in srilanka, this is the only exception. The breakfast was very average too with limited options as compared to other 4 to 5 starts hotels we have been to. The food taste was average. The refrigerator is not working too.

Staf was so. So neat hearing heater was not working.

Hospitality of the hotel staff exceeded all expectations. It was a lovely stay.

Hotel has very good staff. Chief chef came to us to set vegetarian menu for us and food was prepared specially for us. Also general manager came to us to enquire about our stay. Rooms were spacious and well maintained.

The hotel is situated just 2 km away from city with a view of tea garden and farming which is excellent. Though the check-in process could have been more efficient however the stay was great. The food in breakfast and dinner was good however very less local food options. My overall stay was good but the pricing could've been lesser as compared to the amenities. There are no swimming pool and gym service available.

Galway Hotel was nice, clean and has all amenities. Hotel doesn't have an escalator which was quite surprising but doesn't affect us as we were on the first floor. Food was quite average though.

Despite an inferior location the service quality and the polite staff makes the stay wonderful. Overall recommended for a good short stay.

Very well maintained property, all the major attractions are within 1-2 km from the Hotel.
