Review Of Tasheema Beach Resort

We have been cheated with this property,they didn’t provide us room by saying your payment had been made to old management and we have changed the hotel name also.We have booked this hotel with breakfast and on arrival day nobody is in the hotel we need to wake up neighbours of the hotel for the room,he kept our passport by saying you stay here morning will talk to the property ,nobody pick up the phone mentioned on the hotel and no amenities where there in hotel rooms,as rooms were open we stayed there becoz we are total 10 people, nobody is responding there.Next day morning owner came telling our management is changed you have to pay me extra and also asking amount for the breakfast,we didn’t accept online booking we didn’t receive any bookings.I told him to provide old management contact details he says we don’t know,and also we have paid more than the hotel cost.Their management is changed is not my concern it should be updated with booking and engines . This is terrible if rooms were not opened that night,where we people gone at that time. I need refund for this property.
