Excellent stay at Swissotel Stamford wonderful service top class restaurants and also good food. Hotel is on prominent location, so easy to access every location in minimum 15-20 mins of time

It was my 2nd time staying at swissotel and everything was just lovely - right from check in to checkout - the staff is very helpful and hospitality is great.

Hotel is in a prime location, well mannered staff, hospitable, clean, rooms are full of amenities, and the view was breathtaking, overall a pleasant stay.

We, a family of three, stayed at Swissôtel The Stamford in Singapore for 9 nights. We arrived at the hotel around 8 am on June 14th, which was well before the check-in time. The hotel executive at the check-in counter offered us an upgraded room for an additional 50 SGD per night, which we accepted. We had an incredible stay in a harbor view room on the 55th floor, offering breathtaking views. On June 14th and 15th, we were able to enjoy a fantastic aerial view of the preparations for Singapore's 59th Independence Day celebrations. Several tourist attractions, including Marina Bay Sands, Merlion, Haji Lane, and Gardens by the Bay, are within walking distance. The hotel is connected to Raffles City Mall, which has numerous shops and dining options. Additionally, an MRT station is conveniently located nearby. The staff at Clove restaurant were always helpful during breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, best in singapore. Ppt for harbor view room for the experience. Service and staff are awesome, room are spacious. Limited indian/veg food options.

Great location and a very helpful staff. We had to extend our stay due to a flight rescheduling, and the staff made it easy to do so in the middle of the night.

W singapore is a wonderful property, offering great fun and a vibrant atmosphere. However, my experience was slightly marred by a slow check-in process. While lunch/dinner was included in the package, there was a delay in the hotel confirming this, leading to incorrect charges. Overall, despite these hiccups, the hotel's ambiance and amenities made for an enjoyable stay.

This hotel room selection is on the pricier side but is justified with its location, views and services. Felt great and met some interesting people during my time there. The staff and service was impeccable and the in house dining too

Stayed for 3 nights at the swissotel in singapore. It’s an absolute delight in everything it provides. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, located at a stones throw from anything you may want to do in singapore. I will stay there again!

Best hotel in singapore, courteous staff, attached shopping arcade & underground metro station makes it more preferable.

The hotel is located centrally with mart just 50m away from the hotel. The mall is connected to the hotel with ample dining and shopping options. Ska i bar has great views.

Nothing could have been better than that. Talk about anything like room, food, hospitality, connectivity to city, locality. Everything about this hotel was just perfect.

Swissotel was a great stay for vacation where we got a great view of marina bay the room was too much hygiene and clean

Our 2 rooms were on 34th floor and the view from the balcony was to die for. So fascinating and i spent a lot of time in the balcony. The room was comfortable and the food was good and tasty. Also, we were quite appreciative that we got one of the rooms as early check in at 7am in the morning. Very commendable. What needs to improve: (1) service, the response can be swifter and better. There were times when the request was forgotten (2) the pillows were too large and stiff. Me and all members of my family suffered on that count. Even when we asked for softer pillows, we got the same (3) the room carpet definitely needs changeover. All in all, i will come again and stay there
