Best location - best hotel - cosy room - warm staff - easily accessible. While looking for properties in Singapore, what I noticed is room sizes are way too small and had problems like seepage, dirty bedsheets. This hotel was a gem. This hotel is 1 min away from Orchard Central Mall, Orchard MRT, 7x11, Central Mall. There was a water purifier available in the room. Hotel staff cleaned the room everyday even without asking. All the amenities listed in their page were working: hair dryer, AC, refrigerator, telephone. Next time I visit Singapore, I am definitely staying here again.

I had a great experience staying at Grand Central Hotel during my trip to Singapore. The location is excellent—right on Orchard Road, which made it super convenient for shopping, dining, and accessing public transport. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the rooftop pool and the little gym area, which was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Overall, it was a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. I'd definitely consider coming back on my next visit to Singapore!

Great hotel at very good location for shopping. Room was relatively small but good service with very polite and helpful employees. I would recommend this hotel who are looking for accommodation near shopping paradise of singapore with good bus and metro connectivity to other tourists destinations.

I had a very comfortable stay in this hotel for almost a week. I stayed here last month and booked it again for my this month trip. Staff is extremely polite and helpful.

Good staff, break fast you have to go next hotel that’s only negative, no tour counter in hotel so make all arrangements in advance

Its very old hotel, lights are very dim, you have to walk for 600 mtr to get mart, rooms are pathetic, mmt should take down the hotel

The hotel was clean and great, the staff was also helpful. Overall the stay was pleasant. The proximity to mart buses was great, there were more than six to seven shopping malls nearby. The hotel staff needs to be a little trained in terms of communication.

Fantastic stay, best location for tourists. Metro train and bus stand are easily accessible. Near to presidential house(istana garden) rooms are clean and good (not big but decent size. Better than most of the singapore hotels where room sizes were generally small. Buffet breakfast is served in beside hotel chancellor, we feel breakfast could had been better. We stayed 8 nights and they only have 2 variation in menu for only 2 items. Got bored on 2nd day itself. Food is expensive in singapore so better go for breakfast inclusions only. Swimming pool is on terrace, good view from there. Neat & clean.

It was a pleasant stay at the grand central hotel, singapore. We had reached 3 hours prior to check in time, still they gave us the room immediately. Housekeeping staff cleans the room everyday without even asking. Wifi, hot water, lifts, gym, staff all were really great. Somerset metro station and many malls & shops including a 7/11 nearby. Great experience overall.

The hotel is very well located, right off orchard road, with plenty of shopping & restaurants in the vicinity.

Reception staff is blunt morning breakfast was in a different hotel despite having second stay in less than 2 month, didn't allow extended check out time overall too costly hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Very punctual about breakfast timings. Bed linen and sheets were not changed when we checked in - the old soiled ones were used. Staff is courteous and polite

Very much over priced. Old property. Rooms have a disgusting smell inside. Not happy

1. Hotel doesn’t have breakfast. You have to go to other hotel for breakfast 2. Gym is not equipped with water, towels etc 3. For breakfast they serve in paper plates and that too cold. 1. Hotel room was not cleaned multiple times.

Terrible experience, ac was not functioning, no drinking water, breakfast only two items, they provided two small size beds for one person. One bed was practically useless, no restaurant and in room dinning. For smokers i have to come down every time from 8th floor to road. Over all its no value for money

Location is very good for shopping , bust stop and metro very close and malls also….no near by veg food located……difficult for indian food lovers….as per price of property they must give atleast microwave in the room…. Room is so so very small .. dull ..shady lighting in room is very less ….inshort good for travellers but not for good for staycation types
