Stayed for 4nights. location was spot on with subway within 100mtrs, shopping mall bang opposite, varieties of food options just outside the front entrance, 24hrs open Mustafa Center is just 100mtrs away. Hotel was clean though it needs a bit of refurbishment. service was good as daily cleaning of rooms n change of towels was done without asking. language might be a bit of an issue but dealing with it patiently will get you through. would recommend it to people who r looking for a good, budget friendly, no frills but conveniently located hotel for their stay in Singapore.

Stay is ok and comfortable. But no window in room. Drinking water they give only 2nos of small bottles. Electrical sockets are not universal type, hence we are unable to use them without any adopters.

It is situated in such a place from where most of the places of importance were easily accessible. Extremely good and pleasant stay

The 165 is an awesome hotel and it is budget friendly and very easy access to mustafa and indian restaurant, so i definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you
