The general behaviour of Hotel staff was not good and services were poor. There was lot of difficulty even in using clock room of hotel.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Everyone from the management to the service staff was extremely rude, arrogant, and mean. The white hotel staff were completely racist. The hotel manager would barge in at odd hours, without notice, using a master key, and speak rudely. These scoundrels had no sense of dealing customers. MakeMyTrip should blacklist this hotel immediately.

⭐ Extremely Disappointing and Discriminatory Experience Our stay at this hotel was one of the most unpleasant experiences we’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic hospitality etiquette. They entered our room multiple times without knocking or permission, even when we were inside — a complete violation of privacy. No water bottles were provided, and when we requested help carrying our luggage, the staff flatly refused. There was no room service, and some of the staff members behaved arrogantly. Shockingly, one of them told a family member that we were not allowed to stand in the lobby, and even that we should not talk inside the room. We were further warned that if any guest visited us, we would be thrown out the next day. What made it worse was the clear color discrimination we faced — the difference in how we were treated compared to other guests was obvious and extremely hurtful. For a property claiming to offer professional hospitality, such behavior is unacceptable and disgraceful. I sincerely hope the management takes serious action against this kind of conduct and trains their staff on basic respect, equality, and guest courtesy. I strongly advise travelers to reconsider before booking this hotel until there’s visible improvement in staff behavior and guest handling.

The room was good but not excellent as per price . Breakfast was average with no variation on a day to day basis . Housekeeping support was pathetic as there is no policy to contact house keeping directly and reception staff were not cooperating at all. They were very rude, arogant and unprofessional.

The hotel was luxurious, located in the most expensive neighborhood of Amsterdam,the hotel is far away from Central train station and Dam Square , you have to take trams or taxi to reach city center.

Friendly staff , good locality , decent choice of breakfast buffet ….. good rooms with large balcony

Food services hygiene cleanliness front desk staff all good. The only problem is there is no food options for vegetarian in breakfast buffet.
