It was very convenient and comfortable place to stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and will surely visit again.

Specially for couples, and kids. Without second thought you can try. Wonderful service. Will visit again for Long stay

My room is lake, golf, city and pool view that’s why room is awesome. Room no 6017.

Hotel is very huge. Rooms are huge. Washroom are clean but flush is a big pain not working properly all over hotel. Hotel rooms interior is too old need to be replaced. Once I got pest in my room. Staff is friendly. Far away from City centre. Hotel lobby and swimming pool is very clean.

At the time Of booking I was told there is a free shuttle service to and fro Airport but later they denied. The normal taxi just loot us. The Hotel is around 60 km from airport.

What a palace! What a hotel! Great staff! Royal looking but ageing rooms need refurbishment! Great dining! Superb Food! Very courteous staff and they fit the palatial dignity! A bit away from twin towers/City. But its a nice place away from the City rush .. Yet easily reachable! Enjoyed the stay! Great surroundings and front lawn! Perfect place to click some palatial pictures and feel royal for a few days! Give it a try ... Don't look for modern touches in rooms .. And you will enjoy it !!

Amazing Room, esp. Deluxe room in front of lake view. Best place for leisure. Taken lotsa pics .. Room service was OK. The food was consistently good and the spread at the buffet was extensive.  We found the other dishes and the bakery items particularly praise worthy. Overall I like the place. It's wonderful to be there on vacation.

Excellent and safe place to stay even if come with family. Best place to stay even the hotel is away from the city. The food must be in variety for Asian people and vegetarian choices too. 5 star standard rooms for very low tariff, excellent experience during my stay. I would recommend all my friends and who ever asks me to stay in KL.

Good for stay with family bit far off from airport. It has some awesome greener outside worth taking selfies and photos of entire palace. Nice time to relax with family friends .. Good for a stay for day or2

The hotel is located around 30 km away from the city. It is a great hotel which looks like a palace. The swimming pool has a slide which we enjoyed. In case if you love golfing the not it is located next to a golf course. It is worth the money you spend. Only recommendation is that the hotel needs to augment the seating capacity for complementary free trip to the city and back. The trip to city has to be booked two days in advance which is not possible for someone with short stay.
