A wonderful beachside hotel offering multiple stay options including chalets, basic rooms, and rooms with balconies, perfect for different travel needs. Its location is ideal, with the main road on one side and the beautiful Cenang Beach just steps away at the back. The ample parking space makes it convenient for those driving. The management is courteous, helpful, and ensures a smooth check-in experience. A RM100 deposit and RM3 per day government tax are required, but overall the stay feels worth every cent.

The place is good as its next to the beach. There is a slight difference in what's shown in the pictures vs the actuals. It says Indian veg food available for breakfast. But there was none and it was out up at the counter directly. The pool was closed for renovation. There is no phone in the room and you got to walk to the reception if you need any help. They also take a refundable security deposit of 100 Ringets which has to be mandatorily paid in Cash.

The first noticeable thing was staff extremely unwelcoming and arrogant for best reason known to them. I had asked for a 30‑minute early check‑in (ready to pay), but they bluntly refused and were unresponsive. At 3 PM(designated check in time), the assigned room was all messy. The reception had no idea and said they had only six rooms in premium category, and others were occupied. After asking for the manager, he personally supervised to got it cleaned. I must admit the manger was polite and welcoming. But we lost our patience after waiting for an hour with kid and luggage The lobby and corridors resembles an overcrowded railway station. Inside the room, most fittings—like showers and the telephone—didn’t work and remained unfixed even after reporting. They don’t provide basic toiletries or dental kits, and absurdly, refused an extra (chargeable and we were ready to pay) towel, citing “no availability.” Parking is very limited, so self‑drive car guests must find their own which is tricky considering the main market area. Indian travellers should skip their breakfast and try nearby spots like Royal India or Taste of India; several continental and Thai options are also close by. The only positives are the location and stunning beach view from the premium executive room, with French balcony doors and a mesmerising and sunrise/sunset right from the bed.

The rooms are great the assistance and early check ins needs improvement.

the only good thing about the hotel is its location. it is right at the beach and you can see the ocean through the balcony. Bad things- 1. we booked two rooms. The Ac in one of the rooms was not working and tgey changed the room one day later and there the fridge was not working. 2. we asked for fresh towels and were told that the hotel is out of fresh towels. And they will change them at 5 pm. We were okay with that but we still received no fresh towels 3. the reception staff is rude but the security staff is helpful 4. there was no basic cutlery in the room and the doors were also jammed.

Had a very good stay at Malibest resort, Langkawi. Location is very good, on the beach. Worst part is they don't give checkin before 3 pm and check out is before 12 noon.

Malibest resort, situated right on Pantai Cenang beach, is amazing! The rooms are spacious, clean and our view facing the beach was picture postcard perfect. The location, the amenities, the pool everything was so good. All the paragliding, speed boat experiences are just right in front of the resort on the Cenang beach and 7-11 and other convenience stores right below the Resort on the Cenang beach road makes life easier. All major attractions such as the aquarium are walking distance from the Resort.

Worst property to stay . Ladies at check-in are super Arrogant - non supportive. Ask money for everything- you need towel pay 5RM ,water pay 2 even toilet at reception are locked. Breakfast pathetic, rooms washroom horrible

Few feedback points with respect to Malibest resort at Langkawi:- 1. Staff not too courteous 2. On arrival we were handed over the keys of the room which was far from the reception area without any assistance for ferrying the luggage 3. Basic amenities namely locker , cloth hangers were non functional. 4. Request for room change was responded by .. malaysian school holidays were ongoing so owing to sudden rucsh of locals .. foreign guests were second priority 5. No tele in the room.. so for every requirements.. water bottles, towels etc one had to walk to the reception area 6. They charged 10 RM for allocating an available cottage on second day .. at about 4 PM for vacation on next day in the morning 7. Notwithstanding above we enjoyed the stay especially on second night owing to proximity to the beach Thanks

To start with the staff at the reception were not not welcoming, not treating the guests well. No where during the booking it was mentioned that a refundable deposit of needs to be paid. More over they accept only cash and even the Malaysian tourism and heritage fee also needs to be paid in cash only. After speaking with the manager that the cash which will be refunded is not going to be useful for us as we are leaving after checkout to India and what will we do with it, they agreed for an alternative. The rooms are old and bathroom faucets not working well. Though there is a restaurant on the beach front no shacks provided to enjoy the beach view. Also early check in were provided to others and denied for us and asked to wait till 3pm.

They provide the water, tea and coffee at the time of checkin only, after that you have to buy everything from them which is very costly.

Strict policy of no check-in before 3 pm. Not even 5 mins early. Denied for Jain food for breakfast as has other 200 guests to serve. Vegetarian options are highly limited. Staff are not even ready to give hot milk for kids. All slides shown in the pool pictures are broken. Rooms are ok ok & only good thing about property is it is attached to beach.

It's a very good place to stay. The rooms are quite big. Right next to the beach. If you get a good room then you can have a beach view. The pool is also big and has a kids section. The resort is located at the town center and you can access the market and entertainment area very easily. There is a 7/11 right next door that is very convenient. The room service is also very good, as they clean and make the room everyday when you are not around.

Location very good. Not much option for vegetarians. No room service provided Average cleanliness in bathrooms.

Worst staff they dont care about any request, they dont pick up calls, for everything they say no, only beach view is there which is good in it and nothing else lobby is bad, food is not good They donot treat good to people i saw some of them shouting
