Location it is quite far from Nuadua beach but Mybluebird app for taxi is good for transportation. This property is value for money. Food breakfast was amazing. Service was also good.

The hotel is very picturesque with its lush pool all around it. The location is great too. I stayed at their duplex on the 6th floor. Only problem being the wooden stairs to the upper deck is shared by the adjoining room. So, whenever someone uses it one room, creaking noises are heard in the other room as well. This is real displeasure in an otherwise comfortable stay.

During my vacation in Bali (Nusa Dua), I stayed here for 2 days. Everything was like a 4 star hotel. The pool, breakfast, room, service, cleanliness was above average. Definitely recommended.

The hotel was located in a good location amongst many other prime properties. The rooms had foul odour throughout our stay and the hotel needs renovation in many aspects. The staff was very friendly and helpful and provided the best of services.

Our room was with laguna pool access. Great thought on the type of room. Really liked it. But breakfast had few vegetarian options and in room dining was a bit on the expensive Side. But overall good property to relax and chill.

This is the complete five star hotel resort with fantastic room design view and a killer swimming pool.

Staff was polite and humble, cleanliness was up to the mark. But intercom through out the stay wasn't working so we had problems while conversations or ordering something, moreover although having more than 40% Indian guests they could manage to have Indian cuisine in their menu.

Good services. Friendly staff. Upgraded us to a better room with personalized pool without extra charge, provided scooter facility and cars at affordable market prices. One of the best swimming pools I have used till now. We had a great time and would recommend this place for a memorable stay.

Do not waste your money on this hotel, it ONLY LOOKS GOOD. Staff was unfriendly, didn’t know english, super slow room service. A very bad experience overall. 1 good thing about this hotel was the swimming pool.

Its located @ good locality and great services. You can relax as long as you can. They provide shuttle facility for nearby spots. Staff is also very good and helping nature. You can visit. I went 1st time and they upgrade my room to pent house

Value for money. Location is not nearby beach but its near by potato head club. Especially room are bigger in size and clean. Washrooms are spacious. You wont get buffer breakfast so do not go for inc breafast

Had a great time. Enjoyed a lot. Although the hotel is situated bit far away from the city. They provided transportation to Bali collection Centre and Geger Beach. Room service was excellent and cleanliness was good too.
