Holiday Inn FRANKFURT AIRPORT

The stay is very close to Frankfurt airport. We can walk for 1km and we are at hotel. Staff is cool and the food is good.

Stay was very pleasant. Location of the Hotel is also very close to the airport and there are lots of cabs available just outside the hotel.

value hotel.. its nearby airport so convenient to travel. amenities and service is very basic. food options are limited.

Hi, everything was good. I would have given 5 stars but for the billing. I stayed in room 507 and had pre-booked and pre-paid for a one day stay (21st oct 2024 night) The room was pre-booked for a night. When i checked-in on the 21st oct 2024 at around 4 pm i was charged a deposit which was not refunded on my check-out. The next day i checked out 8:00-9:00 am on 22nd oct 2024 and was again charged otherwise, my stay was pleasant. I was happy with the service. Thanks

My stay at this property was pleasant, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious compared to typical european standards. The hotel offered nearly all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. However, i found the location to be quite far from frankfurt city center. Additionally, for those in transit looking to stay near the airport, a taxi is still necessary to reach the airport, as it isn't within easy walking distance.

Staff are customer centric, location is excellent, shuttle service is great, slept well ) one night and this was more than worth it!

Property location is good, excellent staff, well connected to the airport and city. Amenities are good except, they dont provide water and its highly priced to buy.

Hotel is at great location. Convenience of getting shuttle to and from airport. Very convenient for transist or one night stays.

When i received the booking voucher from make my trip, it was no where mentioned that the hotel won’t accept cash in their hotel and will accept only credit / debit card. On reaching late at night, i said to them that i have sufficient cash to make payments to their restaurants for my food. But they were rigid that they can’t accept cash and showing me the signage's of “cashless “, payment which were there in their hotel lobby. And informed me they stated it since jun e 2023. I asked them that how will i know what signage's they have put in their hotel lobby, while doing the hotel booking from my computer, sitting in another country. Very un-cooperative hotel. After my first stay, i even didn’t stayed for the second time, though both bookings were done, before experiencing their irratic rules

A good location, nice staff and well maintained rooms makes this hotel a perfect one. Price needs to be more attractive.
