Review of my stay

I will not suggest any professional to stay in this hotel. The welcome started with bad experience. The receptionist is at all not a professional person. I requested for king size bed as per my booking, inspite of availability he has not provided me the same. Further room service is the major issue, the room phone was not working properly.

familyAverage experience, dirty linens, booked single bed but got twin bed, very small ones, received call at 10. 30 pm to move my car aside as their is a marriage event! charged 20 rs for water bottle and scrutinized charge fit even smallest of amenities. Extremely bad experience. Book it if you don't have any other hotels available.

familyI stayed with my mother who is in her 80’s. She fell down and got injured trying to get to the bathroom as it was too high and there was nothing to hold while stepping in.

Room & location was good. Staff took steps for ensuring an early check-in. But the stay was terrible, with heavy construction work going on in the property. Continuous hammering, drilling, and unbearably loud noise owing to the construction work continued till 6pm, without any break. I couldn't do any office work or take rest because of the continuous construction related sound. Had a splitting headache and my bp also shot up. In-spite of repeated requests to the hotel staff, no step was taken to stop the construction work. If i had known there was construction work ongoing in the hotel, i wouldn't have booked this property. I also requested hotel staff to provide me the breakfast on 23rd jean in lieu of 24th jean as i was scheduled to fly off early on 24th and would vacate the room by 5am on 24th, and therefore would not be able to have breakfast on 24th. However, hotel staff refused to accept that request. Overall a very bad experience at the hotel.

soloVery basic, disappointed a bit with room amenities and front office desk. Was called at 10 pm to shift the car parked which broke my sleep. Marriage was happening and so very loud sound, unable to sleep. Bed sheet was dirty. Inspite of all this they charged extra 20- just for an extra water bottle. Book this place only if no other choice.
