worst place to stay ever. Nothing good. Staff also not good. Room condition very pathetic. Complete waste of money

I stayed in the same room last year, but it has deteriorated. The room smells, there's no electricity in the bathroom, and the pillows are torn. The manager was a pinheaded jerk who misbehaved with my mom, though the staff were polite. There was no electricity in connection provided in room no 206 washroom. whole property has weird smell.The bed sheets were dirty the pillows were torn.Worst hotel ever..we couldn’t stay longer plus the arrogant jerk manager who misbehaved with my mom.Regret booking this place.Worst Nightmare!

Ok ok experience with this hotel, I would prefer not to stay again although location is nice but hospitality is poor

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The property has a very good restaurant, katoram, one of the best in rishikesh. Friendly staff, budget rooms, neat and clean. The location is far from the city centre, but this allows you to enjoy the calmness and access other uncharted territory of rishikesh. Overall five stars.

Hospitality not good. Front desk (reception) was acting very rude whenever we needed their assistance.

I am happy that i have choose this hotel for stay in rishikesh. Ambience was good and hotel owner was so cooperative and friendly highly suggested to make your trip more memorable and we had sandwich and tea which was so good in taste.

They serve breakfast after 9 am dirty bedsheets

Room was in stinky condition. No mineral water and they charged 60 rs. Only one towel provide for two guests. Asked to give second but. They refused initially.

Very bad stay. No towel, bed sheet was dirty, dirty room. Very bad experience. And room was small compared to which i've choosen

Stay was terrible, manners less receptionist in day time, no towel, soaps, shampoo available. Normally keep lift off. Never recommend to stay in the useless hotel.

Clean rooms, hygienic bathroom, decent and responsive staff

The location is really good, the property is on the main road so there is no problem finding the property on the map and it was very neat and hygenic. Lift is also there and there is also a bar in the restaurant of the hotel👍🏻 . Overall very nice.
