Rooms are good and staff are very polite

Worst don’t stay there terrible hotel in the nasty lanes far from chowrasta

Rooms are not cleaned , bed sheet is tidy , and no food is deliverable there .. it was very far from Mall Road and .. it was not a good experience at all

The rooms should have been more clean and the staffs should have been more responsive . But if we regard the price , we can’t complain muchh

The room was cozy and comfortable. It has a nice space, good food for a comfortable stay. The behaviour of the staff was nice. I would like to stay there again if I get a chance to visit Darjeeling. Thank you

The staff are very cooperative, and well mannered. But The size of the room was very small and without windows. Bedsheet and Blanket cover have stain and yellow patches. The menu is limited. The property is 3.5km far from darjeeling and it takes about 1.5 hours by cab due to extreme traffic.

staff was sweet and kind and the food is ok and view from the hotel is amazing specially when it starts to rain. The hotel is family-friendly. Inshort I had great experience from hotel

Himalayan Gorkha retreat was a great stay, as the hotel memver called me a day beofre it was easy to find the Hotel Location, the hotel is on the National Highway. The food was fresh and homely. Doesnt have differnet cusines but get everything needed. The room and toilet was cleaned and decorated. And thanks to Mr Surya and Mr Rajiv as the helped me with all my tour need things, great service.

The property is new but amenities are not well maintained. The hotel is understaffed and food options are very limited. The location of the hotel makes it difficult to find alternative food options especially at night. The view from the hotel is a plus point and soothes the stay.

Really, it was wonderful experience, Manager Avi is a very polite and gentle man. Thanks to him

The room and the bathroom was clean. And not to forget, the view was mesmerising and food was homely what else do we need for a comfortable stay in darjeeling overall satisfied
